L’ATTITUDE Ventures was founded by Sol Trujillo and Gary Acosta, with investments from Salesforce and United Airlines. Sol and Gary were later joined by partners Oscar Munoz (former United Airlines CEO), Kennie Blanco, Laura Moreno Lucas, and Pete Amaro.

Match-Up is L’ATTITUDE Ventures’ annual pitch competition at the L’ATTITUDE Conference. L’ATTITUDE Ventures invests throughout the year and will invest in several startups pitching at Match-Up.
